Pricing Questions
When you install the app and create an account, you receive 5 lifetime HubSpot address lookups — no credit card required. The allowance does not renew monthly and does not include the standalone web page. Upgrade for unlimited paid HubSpot CRM-card searches and a monthly standalone allowance.
Yes. You can upgrade from Standard to Enterprise or downgrade at any time from your membership account page. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Searches made from the HubSpot CRM card are unlimited on Standard and Enterprise. Standalone browser searches are limited to 100 per calendar month on Standard and 250 on Enterprise. A standalone search is counted when submitted, even if it returns no match or an upstream error.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure payment processor. Payments are processed by Paid Memberships Pro with Stripe integration.
