Open a person or organization

Find the GetAddress panel on the record, or open the wider lookup from the panel button or the actions menu.

Search and save

Choose a country, search by postcode or address, review the fields and click Save to Pipedrive.

When will GetAddress be available for Pipedrive?

The Pipedrive app is built and working, and is coming soon to the Pipedrive Marketplace. The HubSpot app is available now.

Where is the address saved in Pipedrive?

Organizations use the standard Address field. People use an Address field on the person record; if your account does not have one, GetAddress adds it for you.

Which countries are supported?

GetAddress supports seven regions: UK (postcode lookup), US (address autocomplete), Ireland (Eircode lookup), France (address search), Belgium (structured address search), Spain (address geocoding), Germany (address autocomplete). Switch between countries using the tabs inside the search interface.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every Pipedrive account starts with 5 free address lookups and no credit card. After that, paid plans start at £19 per month.

Do I need HubSpot or a separate GetAddress account?

No. Installing from Pipedrive creates your GetAddress account automatically, using your Pipedrive email. To upgrade or manage your plan, log in at getaddress.org (use Forgot password to set a password for your Pipedrive email). If that email already has a GetAddress account, you will be asked to log in to connect it.

What does GetAddress access in my Pipedrive account?

GetAddress only works on the person or organization you open: it reads the record, updates its address, and adds a note. It does not browse your other records. Uninstalling the app removes the stored connection.
