Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetAddress (www.getaddress.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

GetAddress is an address lookup tool for HubSpot CRM. It enables users to search, validate, and update contact and company addresses directly within HubSpot for the United Kingdom, United States, and Ireland.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use GetAddress. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

GetAddress offers the following plans:

  • Free Trial — 5 address saves (lifetime cap), no credit card required.
  • Standard — £19/month. Unlimited address searches and saves, custom field mapping, contacts & companies support.
  • Enterprise — £29/month. Everything in Standard plus Bulk Address Validation and Contact Map View.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and managed through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time from your membership account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Free Trial

The free trial allows up to 5 address saves to HubSpot. This is a lifetime cap per account, not a recurring allowance. Once exhausted, a paid subscription is required to continue saving addresses.

6. HubSpot Integration & Data Access

GetAddress connects to your HubSpot portal via OAuth 2.0. By installing the app, you grant GetAddress permission to read and write Contact and Company records in your HubSpot account. GetAddress only accesses the data necessary to perform address lookups and updates. You may revoke access at any time by uninstalling the app from your HubSpot portal.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the service beyond normal usage.
  • Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

GetAddress relies on third-party providers for address data, including Postcodes4U (UK), Lob (US), and ClickToAddress (Ireland). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data from these providers. Address results should be verified before use in critical applications.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and branding on GetAddress are the property of GetAddress and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of GetAddress is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data only as necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

GetAddress is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetAddress and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
